Returns Policy
Personalized Ornaments not accepting any return for any ornaments has been personalized cause these ornaments are personalized by a permanent marker very hard to erase.
But if you choose to buy ornaments Not Personalized and want to return it then we can return it but the customers will pay for the cost of the shipping. And it has to return safely Not Damaged and in excellent condition within 15 days of purchase.
- Exchange the ornaments : if you purchased any ornaments from our website and wanted to exchange it for another on our website please note that any exchange has to be equal value. (if you choose to exchange it with a higher value then kindly customer will pay the difference) And has to be within 15 days of purchased.
- After we get the original order or item back to our warehouse we will start process the exchange item within 24 hours.
- Processing Time of Return: after we receive the item back to our warehouse it will take 48 hours to process the refund for you. and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
